Job Description

Seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to lead a Business Customer Service team in Perth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in strategic planning and contribute to a risk-aware culture.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience in customer operations, with a strong track record of improving customer experience and driving team engagement.
