About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned customer service professional to take on a leadership position in a dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service experiences.
  • Motivate the team to achieve shared goals by setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback and recognition.
  • Create a high-performing, collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and growth.
  • Ensure quality assurance and consistency are maintained by promoting best practices through ongoing coaching and development of team members.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and report back to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience: prior experience in a leadership role in a customer service environment with a proven history of coaching teams and managing performances.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and address challenges within the team.
  • Ability to think creatively and challenge normal business practices with a focus on continuous improvement.
