People & Culture Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to fill the position of People & Culture Coordinator. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the People & Culture team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects\
  • Scheduling team member orientations and coordinating exciting team events\
  • Assisting with data entry into various systems and ensuring accurate records are maintained\
  • Welcome new employees and guests with a smile and positive attitude, distribute uniforms and ID badges, create schedules, and conduct park tours for new employees\
  • Assist international team members with housing payments, paperwork processing, and transportation\
  • Help prepare beds in student housing facilities\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives\
  • Contribute to creating lifetime memories for our guests\
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion\
  • Perform other duties as required by management\

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be able to communicate clearly and persuasively, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets or Smart Sheet.
