The Role
Are you passionate about healthcare innovation and building strong customer relationships in the Cath Lab space? Medline is seeking a dynamic Product Specialist – Cath Lab & MI to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll lead sales initiatives across the NAMIC portfolio which includes contrast management systems, manifolds and pressure monitoring kits, closed fluid delivery systems and custom procedure kits for Cath Lab and IR environments. As a Product Specialist, you'll be the face of this trusted range, delivering tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical workflows.
- Manage key accounts and foster relationships with clinical stakeholders including Cardiologists, Radiographers, and Nurse Unit Managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Contracts, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to support the day to day workings of your territory
- Deliver solution-based selling and respond to customer needs.
- Act as the product expert for the NAMIC range
- Provide market insights to the Marketing team.
- Partner with Key Account Managers, Clinical teams and Sales Leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Analyse sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
