CONMED is seeking a Product Specialist to join our Orthopaedic sales team in Victoria. We are looking for a motivated, driven, and passionate sales professional with a desire to excel in the field. The Product Specialist will have the opportunity to sell a range of innovative Orthopaedic products to call points including Orthopaedic & General Surgeons, and both Private & Public Hospitals.

This position is ideal for a sales professional seeking high visibility within a growing organization, with experience in Surgical Devices and a passion for various Surgical Specialties.

What You'll Do:

- Sell our Orthopaedic portfolio, including Sports Medicine implants, Biologics, capital equipment, and consumables.
- Develop sales strategies for key accounts with support from the Business Unit Director and Marketing team.
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Implement sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare customer proposals for sales, contracts, pricing, and consignments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests.
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain existing business.
- Cover surgical cases and set up trials.
- Communicate with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

What You'll Bring:

- High energy, motivation, perseverance, initiative, and professionalism.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- At least 2 years of consistent sales performance in Medical Devices, preferably in the Operating Theatre environment.
- Focus and tenacity in achieving goals.
