In this role, you'll lead the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of a dynamic, organisation-wide recruitment and selection framework that supports all Newcastle Anglican directorates.

This is a full-time 12-month contract.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through passive recruitment strategies
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and local education providers
  • Develop partnerships to support future talent pipelines
  • Educate internal teams on networking and talent pooling techniques
  • Provide insights through recruitment and market analytics
  • Contribute to strategic workforce planning and recruitment initiatives
  • Represent the organisation through professional networking opportunities
About You
  • Qualification in Human Resources or similar, or experience in relevant field
  • Current driver's licence
  • 3+ years in a similar position
  • Outstanding communication skills with evidence of highly developed problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
  • Excellent administrative skills and ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Suite and recruitment programs
Additional requirements include or willingness to obtain NSW Working with Children check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and participation in a functional assessment. Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes.
