Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to join our team and deliver a strategic recruitment process that prioritizes candidates.

  • Work closely with the Child and Family Services team to implement a tailored recruitment approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing innovative talent solutions in partnership with leaders.
  • Making the candidate experience seamless, supportive, and genuinely human from start to finish.
  • E nsuring timely, values-driven, and high-impact recruitment processes.
  • Empowering leaders with tools and training to recruit confidently and inclusively.
  • Overseeing the collection and verification of pre-employment and probity documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding practices.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident use of HRIS and recruitment systems.
