The Recruitment Officer plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary agency staff, ensuring timely placement of candidates to meet fluctuating workforce demands.
As the primary liaison between hiring managers and staffing agencies, you will ensure successful placement of temporary agency staff, compliance with onboarding requirements, internal governance procedures, organisational policies, reporting and analysis strategies.
You will identify and assist the hiring of skilled contingent staff into an organisation and support recruitment generally as required.
Key Requirements- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources with a minimum of a Certificate II in Human Resources or relevant experience
- Proven experience in the provision of centralised recruitment services within an organisation
- Proven experience in the provision of contingent/temporary staff labour
You are a dynamic and experienced HR/Recruitment professional with a passion for driving positive change within an organisation. Your ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies is second to none.
