The position of Clinical Leader offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert clinical services, governance and support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the provision of high-quality services that are evidence-based and focused on recovery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of mental health clinicians, providing high-level clinical services, governance, and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the delivery of evidence-based services that promote recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with consumers, families, carers, and stakeholders to communicate effectively and provide timely, sound clinical decisions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists; or tertiary qualifications and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers for Social Workers; or Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health for Welfare Officers.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-level clinical and consultancy skills, with post-graduation experience in mental health services.
- Understanding of mental health rehabilitation and recovery principles, including collaborative, strengths-based care approaches.
