Hotel Operations Manager

A Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of hotel activities outside regular business hours. This includes managing front office operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that all hotel services are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front office operations, including handling guest requests, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
- Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent service.
- Review daily revenues against guest receipts and reports, investigating any discrepancies and reporting to senior management.
- Assist with the management and support of daily front office operations.
- Degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of front office supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
- Calm and efficient under pressure, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety and security procedures.
