Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest complaints, and ensuring that all hotel services are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure that all hotel services are delivered to a high standard
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel operations or management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
