Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through efficient and professional Front Office Guest Services.
  • Create lasting impressions on guests with a welcoming smile, bubbly personality, and ability to think outside the box.
  • Ensure that guests are warmly welcomed, efficiently checked-in, and checked-out.
  • Handle incoming phone calls to the property and delight guests with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services.
What You'll Bring
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Well-presented, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional results with a drive to be the best you can be.
  • Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reception/Front Office/Admin/Sales Agent experience preferred, especially in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with Park Management systems, such as Newbook and/or RMS, is highly regarded.
  • Availability to work shifts over a 7-day rotating roster.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers an attractive salary range of AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
