- Experience working with Aboriginal communities and individuals, particularly in a case management or social work context.
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal culture, history, and social issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal individuals and communities, including those with complex needs.
- Strong case management and risk assessment skills, including the ability to develop and implement risk management plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and agencies to achieve shared goals.
