Job Summary

White & Case is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Assistant to join our Global Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our facilities are always immaculate and that meeting rooms and communal staff areas are clean, tidy, and set up ready for use by internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up meeting rooms/function spaces for meetings and events.
  • Taking tea and coffee orders, preparing, and delivering to room.
  • Clearing rooms upon completion of a meeting or event, rearranging furniture, and making sure the space is clean and tidy for the next meeting/event.
  • Assisting with the co-ordination of video conference and conference call set up.
  • Keeping front of office and back of office kitchens/staff break out areas clean and tidy.
  • Covering reception when Receptionist is not there.
  • Ordering, maintaining and restocking office supplies.
  • Assist Office Operations Manager and back of office team in General Office administration or other ad hoc requests as required.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven working experience in a hospitality/customer service role.
  • Barista license (preferred).
  • RSA (preferred).
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
  • Ability to be flexible and work overtime for special program events.
