Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Assistant to join our team at White & Case. As a key member of our Global Operations Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up meeting rooms and function spaces for meetings and events, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-equipped.
  • Take tea and coffee orders, prepare, and deliver to rooms, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Clear rooms after meetings and events, rearranging furniture and ensuring the space is ready for the next use.
  • Assist with the coordination of video conferences and conference calls, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of front-of-office and back-of-office kitchens and staff break-out areas.
  • Cover reception duties when the Receptionist is absent, providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors.
  • Order, maintain, and restock office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Support the Office Operations Manager and back-of-office team with general office administration and ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven working experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Barista license (preferred).
  • RSA (preferred).
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Ability to be flexible and work overtime for special program events.
