Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Services Assistant to join our team at White & Case. This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service, maintaining facilities, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up meeting rooms and function spaces for meetings and events.
  • Take tea and coffee orders, prepare, and deliver to rooms.
  • Clear rooms upon completion of meetings or events, rearranging furniture, and ensuring spaces are clean and tidy.
  • Assist with video conference and conference call setup.
  • Keep front-of-office and back-of-office kitchens and staff break-out areas clean and tidy.
  • Cover reception when the Receptionist is not present.
  • Order, maintain, and restock office supplies.
  • Assist the Office Operations Manager and back-of-office team with general office administration and other ad-hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

  • A professional, well-presented, customer service-oriented individual with a background in hospitality.
  • 2+ years of proven working experience in a hospitality/customer service role.
  • Barista license (preferred).
  • RSA (preferred).
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
  • Ability to be flexible and work overtime for special program events.
