Service Operations Manager

About the Role:- Coordinate bus movements and allocate resources to meet client expectations.
- Schedule services and fleet resources while adhering to safety regulations.
- Liaise with workshop staff to manage maintenance requirements.
- Manage operational workflows to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide real-time management support to driving staff.
- Respond to operational issues and emergencies.
- Analyze service exceptions and occurrences to drive improvements.
- Maintain a strong commitment to meeting client needs.
- Able to work flexible schedules.
- Previous experience in scheduling or operations in complex environments.
- Ability to solve problems, manage complexity, and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
