Key Operations Role

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the seamless operation of our bus services. As a pivotal member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient service delivery and upholding industry standards.

About the Position

This key role involves coordinating bus and employee operational movements for scheduled services and routes. You will schedule operations in line with necessary safety and compliance regulations, including HVNL and WHS legislation, and collaborate with workshop personnel to coordinate maintenance requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of buses and employees for regular services and routes.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to HVNL and WHS legislation.
  • Maintenance Management: Coordinate with workshop personnel to schedule maintenance activities.
  • Fleet Allocation: Manage fleet allocation according to compliance requirements and client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Shift Work Experience: Ability to work varied shifts as required.
  • Operational Expertise: Previous experience in scheduling or operations management within complex environments.
  • Strategic Planning: Exceptional planning and organizational skills, along with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law and Regulations (NHVR).
