Epiroc is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Support Coordinator to join our high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing mobile phone assets to employees
  • Account and billing reconciliation
  • Liaising with external suppliers & maintaining a user database
  • Closely working with our internal compliance team & procurement team, to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed as per the Epiroc way.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks related to travel bookings & other administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (preferably Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accounting skills highly regarded but not essential
  • A fast learner and commitment to professional development.

As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance amongst other pre-employment verification requirements.
