Epiroc is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Support Coordinator to join our high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing mobile phone assets to employees
- Account and billing reconciliation
- Liaising with external suppliers & maintaining a user database
- Closely working with our internal compliance team & procurement team, to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed as per the Epiroc way.
- Performing ad hoc tasks related to travel bookings & other administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft applications (preferably Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accounting skills highly regarded but not essential
- A fast learner and commitment to professional development.
