As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the care team to deliver high-quality care to our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a respected not-for-profit Aged Care provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the clinical care team to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Build on the existing strong clinical team to provide a supportive environment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes
  • Continual learning and development
  • Flexibility in start and finish times to promote work-life balance
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Division 1 experience working as a Clinical Care Coordinator (preferred)
  • Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
  • Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Accreditation Standards
