About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Horsham. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children, and tailor learning experiences to meet their individual needs
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive Centre culture

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check
