We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Horsham. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- A competitive hourly rate of $33 - $37, based on experience
- A casual leave loading allowance
- The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
