Lead a High-Performing Team to Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee and inspire teams across multiple locations. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) across your cluster stores.

Your primary objective will be to create an unforgettable customer experience in store by prioritizing customers and their needs. This involves leading and motivating your teams to consistently deliver high-quality service and achieve sales targets.

About the Role
  1. Leadership and Team Management: You will lead and inspire teams across multiple locations, with a focus on creating a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Customer-Centric Approach: Make customers and their experience in store your top priority, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional and memorable.
  3. Performance Management: Lead and motivate your teams to achieve sales and KPI targets, while maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
  4. Rostering and Store Operations: Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns, ensuring that every location has the right resources to meet customer needs.
  5. Visual Merchandising and Presentation: Ensure that all stores maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  6. Stock Management: Manage stock levels effectively to prevent loss and ensure that every store has the products customers want to buy.
To Be Successful
  1. Leadership Experience: You must have previous leadership experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Customer Service: Demonstrate a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  3. Team Development: Show a can-do attitude and ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  4. Planning and Organization: Possess excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills to drive business results.
  5. Communication: Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  6. Australian Driver's Licence: Hold a valid Australian driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle to travel between stores.
