Job Overview

This multifaceted leadership role oversees the performance of key retail locations, ensuring brand standards are met and sales focus is maintained.

The coordinator will work closely with senior management to implement national strategies at the store level while engaging local teams.

Territory Responsibilities
  • Drive pad performance across a cluster of retail locations
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of sales stylists
  • Deliver engaging in-store training and seasonal range presentations
  • Manage rosters, timesheets, and payroll within budget constraints
  • Oversee store visual merchandising standards, fixtures, POS, and promotional setups
  • Monitor stock levels and execute timely consolidations
  • Develop strong relationships with store leadership and VM teams
  • Analyse sales and inventory data to create actionable insights
  • Support seasonal range reviews and promotional planning
Key Qualifications
  • Multi-site coordination or retail leadership experience (department store or wholesale preferred)
  • Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
  • A flair for creating impactful in-store visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence in analysing sales and inventory data
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities across multiple sites
