At dusk, we create moments that matter through fragrance. As Australia's go-to destination for candles and home fragrances, we bring warmth and style to homes across the country. With over 140 stores across Australia and New Zealand (and plans to grow), we're on the lookout for an Cluster Manager to help lead our North West VIC store network.

As a Cluster Manager you will work with and oversee our North West locations to create an unforgettable customer experience in store. You will have a passion for customers and teams and be a true business leader with proven results.

About The Role

• Leading teams across multiple locations you will be store based for 2-3 days per week
• Make customers and their experience in store your priority
• Lead and inspire your teams and consistently role model and coach high performance in line with our company values
• Achieve sales and KPI targets across your cluster stores
• Manage rosters in line with store trading patterns
• Ensure Visual Merchandising and store presentation standards are exceptional
• Manage stock and prevent loss
• Provide a safe environment for team and customers
  
  

To Be Successful, You Will

• Have previous leadership experience in a retail environment
• Have a passion for customer and be determined to deliver excellent customer experience
• Have a can-do attitude and ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high performing team
• Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to define clear goals and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
• Australian drivers licence and own car
