Seeking a strategic leader to champion our Workday strategy and operations. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for defining and maintaining the enterprise technology roadmap, aligning it with organisational objectives and architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the functional and technical owner of the Workday suite (including HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, etc.)
  • Develop and lead governance processes around configuration, release management, data security, access controls, and change management

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing ERP systems, with at least 5 years focused on the Workday suite. They will possess deep knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.) and integration technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services). Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills are also essential.
