We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Director to join our team.
About the Role:- This pivotal position involves driving impactful planning processes and delivering robust performance reporting.
- You will be at the forefront of strategic initiatives that support the building and construction industry in Queensland.
- Actively participate in the design, implementation, and review of strategic frameworks, operational plans, and performance reporting activities to meet evolving organisational needs.
- Take responsibility for managing key strategic and operational planning processes, including regular evaluation of performance indicators against desired outcomes.
- Lead the preparation of annual, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports that inform decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience building positive relationships with colleagues across teams as well as external stakeholders through effective networking, consultation, negotiation, and collaboration.
- Proven ability to apply advanced knowledge of strategy development processes, operational planning techniques, performance measurement systems, and reporting frameworks within complex organisations.
