Strategic Operations Director

The Strategic Operations Director will be a key partner to the CEO, leading the operational framework, governance, and cross-border complexities. This role will drive long-term impact in a values-led family office.


About the Role

The Strategic Operations Director will oversee the operational, financial, and fiduciary functions of the family office and its affiliated charitable foundation. As a hands-on partner to the CEO, you'll bring structure and rigour to complex global investments, cross-jurisdictional compliance, and evolving technology systems - all in service of the family's multigenerational vision.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive day-to-day operational excellence across finance, compliance, service provider management, and reporting.
  • Lead the implementation of AI-enabled systems to increase efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO, with an eye on sustainable growth, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.

Requirements

We're looking for a senior professional with 10-20 years' commercial experience and the ability to adapt to new and challenging situations. Key to your success will be:

  • Proven operational and financial acumen - ideally with global exposure.
  • A collaborative leadership style grounded in integrity, humility, and sound judgement.
  • A pragmatic, hands-on mindset - comfortable shifting from strategy to execution.
