Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our 4x4 and Cooper segment strategy. As a key enabler of superior, complete, and simpler portfolio for these segments, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing innovation strategies based on data and market-back analytics.

  • Define and execute innovation strategy for 4x4 & Cooper segments to support Goodyear strategy, based on data and market-back analytics.

  • Support Enterprise Project Leader in driving projects through PCP-Gate process via definition of performance targets, superiority vs competition, and provision of strong rationale from the business.

  • In collaboration with the Design Marketing team, prepare communication master packages with product-related data for the 4x4 & Cooper segments and projects.

  • Identify points of superiority and parity versus the competition to inform innovation strategy and drive data-based decisions. Define and analyze performance and portfolio requirements and kick-off gap closure plan.

  • Define what, when and how the product will be introduced in ANZ markets. Gatekeep the process of introducing new SKUs in assigned markets to ensure simpler, superior, and efficient portfolio.

  • Reduce portfolio complexity and increase share of flagship portfolio demand in ANZ markets, in line with recommendation from regional product portfolio manager.

  • Serve as a key contributor to corporate cycle and planning, including preparation and consolidation of function input towards corporate reports and activities.

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to consolidate data and present joint input for Product Director on requested topics.

  • Business trips to local markets to closely collaborate and check performance and situation on the ground in designated area of responsibility.
