Job Title: Talent Agent

We are seeking a passionate and driven professional to manage and develop talent, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate casting across various projects.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
  • Managing and curating talent portfolios
  • Coordinating auditions, castings, and bookings
  • Negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth communication between talent and clients
  • Providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction for both talent and clientele

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position based in our Melbourne CBD office
  • You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of talent, including models, actors, dancers, and extras
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
  • You should have a passion for talent management and a proven ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and talent

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong sales acumen and a passion for talent management
  • Hands-on experience in casting and coordinating auditions
  • Proven ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and talent
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the entertainment, fashion, or talent management industry
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
