As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery and storage of artworks and goods across our facilities. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will enable you to oversee the day-to-day operations of our delivery services, from coordination and scheduling to safe and secure delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Developing and implementing efficient delivery models to ensure timely, coordinated, and secure deliveries of artworks and general goods across our facilities.
  • Coordinating deliveries to and from our art and goods loading docks, working closely with our Facilities and Operations team.
  • Implementing new visitor registration and induction processes to effectively manage visitors and contractors.
  • Collaborating with Gallery teams to maximise operational storage spaces and facilitating access to loading docks during construction works.
  • Monitoring and reviewing services provided, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with delivery or logistics management software and qualifications in logistics or a related field would be highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make specific changes in work methods to improve outcomes, quality, and timeliness of services.
