Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive and beautiful mobile interfaces for our core experience, AI-powered features, and teacher marketplace platform.
  • Help ideate and design breakthrough AI features that make wellbeing more accessible and personalised for millions of users worldwide.
  • Support our continuous testing culture by designing variants and rapidly iterating on successful concepts.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Product and Engineering team to translate requirements into compelling user experiences.
  • Tackle complex UX challenges across all areas of the app while maintaining simplicity and accessibility.
About You
  • 5+ years designing consumer mobile apps with a track record of creating world-class features and strong user engagement.
  • Exceptional skills in visual design and user experience, with the ability to make complex features feel intuitive and straightforward.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working closely with product managers and engineers in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong foundation in user-centred design principles, with experience in wireframing, user flows, and iterative design processes.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and resources are limited.
