  • Work alongside our head baker to produce fresh cupcakes, cakes, and brownies daily.
  • Learn the details of running back-of-house kitchen operations and get involved in most areas of production.
  • Develop skills in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of quality control.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial bakery or patisserie.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career in cake making and decorating. As a senior pastry craftsman, you will be working alongside our head baker to produce fresh cupcakes, cakes, and brownies daily. You will learn the details of running the back-of-house kitchen operations and get involved in most areas of production.

The working hours start at 6am and finish approximately midday. We are also accepting Le Cordon Bleu students for their industry placement and subsequent employment. If you are passionate about baking and have a strong desire to learn and develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.
