Exciting Career Opportunity for Service Delivery Manager

At our client, a leading IT Services Provider, we are seeking a talented and technically-minded individual to join our innovative team as a Junior Service Delivery Manager/Technical Account Manager. This role offers an exciting chance to work closely with clients to achieve their IT infrastructure objectives and implement strategic plans.

We operate as trusted partners to our customers, ensuring their infrastructure aligns with their business goals in a rapidly changing environment of increasing governance, risk, and compliance considerations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be innovative, motivated, and possess exceptional capabilities. You should have the ability to be one step ahead, demonstrate attention to detail, flexibility, and a keen desire for continued learning.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ Years experience as an SDM or Tech AM within an IT company
  • A background in technical or 1st line support is highly regarded
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operational outcomes through optimal workflow management
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Fortinet, or Connectwise is highly valued
  • Exposure to resource management, service improvement, quality control, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritise
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and self-driven
