We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to support our residents in their daily lives.
- Support residents to live the life they choose, exercising choice and independence.
- Assist residents with one-on-one activities that promote their well-being, including hobbies and interests aligned to their care plan.
- Contribute to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of residents through assessment and observation.
- Deliver personal care tasks, including daily hygiene, mobility assistance, and continence management, within established frameworks.
- Certificate Level III (Individual Support).
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads.
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
- Experience in a similar role in aged care, health care, or hospitality.
