**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at Randstad. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient service from breaking ground to move-in date.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Obtain all relevant approvals and information pertaining to the development of secured land.
  • Liaise with clients in a professional, courteous, and positive manner at all times.
  • Communicate with customers frequently to ensure effective communication is met at all times.
  • Prepare Client HIA Contracts.
  • Manage sales approvals to all following construction milestones.
  • Manage a portfolio of pre-construction clients.
  • Maintain client contact and provide timely responses to all inquiries.
  • Follow up on finance approvals.
  • Confirm and chase up land title confirmations.
  • Ensure procedures and checklists are established and maintained.
  • Ensure work is processed through workflow.
  • Drive and coordinate all stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Appropriate electronic and hard copy filing for all job files.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by Team Leader & or Operations Manager.
  • Liaise with Operational and Internal & External Stakeholders to ensure customers are well informed at all times with the correct information.
  • Conduct contract signing appointments.

**Requirements:**

  • 2-3 years of experience in residential home building administration is essential.
  • A much-organized approach to work, understands how to juggle a number of priorities and multi-tasking to ensure delivery on tasks is still in line with appropriate deadlines.
  • A willing to serve and deliver attitude. Understands the need to service others and putting their priorities first. A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards others at all times.
  • Understands customers and how to manage their expectations, has a genuine interest in helping people and resolving issues for people to provide a positive outcome. A great relationship builder driven by exceeding expectations and outstanding feedback.
