About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our marketing and innovation team at Bulla Dairy Foods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the commercialization of new products and managing private label projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project plans and steer project teams to deliver on critical paths, identify constraints, and mitigate risks.
  • Seek and resolve commercialization challenges in conjunction with NPD Steering Teams.
  • Oversee and coordinate functional participation within project teams and contribute to project plans.
  • Escalate and communicate threats to project launch plans to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure Stage and Gate processes are followed and communicate deviations to process where required.
  • Contribute to product development process optimization by conducting post-launch reviews and applying key learnings to future processes and projects.
  • Manage administrative reporting documentation associated with project management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management and new product development in food manufacturing.
  • Strong project management and process management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of all phases of the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict and drive resolution.
