Contract Logistics Administration Specialist

Kuehne+Nagel has an opportunity for a proficient Administration Specialist to grow our growing Contract Logistics Team. This position will be based in Derrimut.
- ** Your Role **:Your primary objective will be to provide administrative support across our warehouse and distribution activities, while also supporting with a number of operational projects.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
- To complete all daily administrative duties, including but not limited to processing receipts, taking records and processing inbound/outbound documentation.
- To ensure the accurate and timely input of all data in our systems, to ensure alignment between our systems and physical inventories. #LI-DNI
- Administrative support for operational projects by taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings and following up internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to set timelines.
- To complete all financial tasks such as issuing invoices along with supporting documents, preparation of billing statements, supporting the monthly closing activities and related tasks.
- To receive, issue and dispatch stock, handling communication between customers and team members.
- To ensure activities are in line with standard operating procedures (SOP) and working instructions (WI), promotion a safe and secure working environment.
- To identify and implement solutions aimed at continuous improvements and cost saving.

- Strong administration
- Projection administration, including meeting minutes and stakeholder follow up.
- Strong communicator both written and verbal.
- Warehousing and logistics experience would be advantageous
