We are working with a leading global company in Derrimut. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating the efficient and effective delivery of the HR activity on site including recruitment, administration, training and development, safety, employee induction, and general support in line with the business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with HR projects and tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or Director
- Issuing employment contracts and completing all HR related tasks
- Liaising with other departments and external providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of HR services, such as payroll, benefits, and learning and development
- Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries
- Coordinating and facilitating HR events and initiatives, such as induction, orientation, recognition, and engagement programs
- Producing and analyzing reports on HR metrics and trends and providing recommendations for improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Tertiary qualification in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role or a generalist HR role
- Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and HR software and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- A high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
