Lead Quality Specialist Role

This key position is responsible for driving quality standards in the aged care sector across our facilities. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and collaborate with site teams to mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Quality Manager and work closely with care staff and clinical managers to deliver exceptional care to residents, focusing on continuous improvement at all times.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration)
  • At least 3 years experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Contemporary knowledge of aged care standards
  • Infection Control experience
  • Previous auditing experience essential
  • Experience in generating and analysing reports
  • Ability to take data and use information to influence policies and procedures
  • Experience with accreditation

This role requires flexibility and ability to travel across our facilities to support where required, influencing policies and procedures through reporting and educating staff around care and compliance.
