Senior Clinical Leader: Quality and Education

About the Role:
A dynamic and experienced leader is required to shape the future of aged care education and quality in a warm, community-focused environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure our services meet the highest standards.
- Leadership and Coaching: Provide expert leadership, coaching, and mentoring to clinical staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Aged Care Standards: Guide staff on aged care quality standards, scope of practice, and relevant legislation to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI) and drive quality outcomes.
- Data Management: Manage and submit data for the National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Care Audits: Oversee monthly care audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented to maintain high standards.
- Resident Care: Support excellence in resident care through assessment, planning, and evaluation, ensuring individualized care plans meet their needs.
- Documentation: Ensure all documentation meets policy, legislative, and privacy standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in quality improvement, staff development, and training delivery
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
