The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in retail or operations environments is essential, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for ensuring riders have a seamless in-person support experience, walking them through the onboarding process, troubleshooting issues with our e-bikes, and meeting sales goals by selling our products to riders. Continuous process improvement and staying up-to-date with new policies and procedures will also be key aspects of the role.
