Key Role in E-Bike Maintenance

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Technician to join our team.

As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our e-bikes. Your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance tasks, including repairs and refurbishments.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Maintenance and repair of e-bikes
  • Supporting other warehouse operations as needed
  • Communicating with your Operations team on supply requirements
  • Working with the Operations team to monitor and maintain stock accuracy against our inventory management system
  • Maintaining a tidy warehouse and work areas
  • Overseeing waste disposal
  • Contributing to improving productivity and streamlining processes
  • Following internal processes and procedures, particularly those relating to WH&S
  • Meeting warehouse KPIs
  • Supporting the onboarding of new warehouse team members

Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous mechanical experience
  • Smartphone savvy skills, using apps frequently
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High standards and strong attention to detail
  • Motivation, energy, and physical fitness; comfortable lifting and moving 25kg+ e-bikes throughout your shift
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new concepts
  • The ability to use initiative and creativity to solve problems
