We are seeking an experienced professional to join our GCIB Sponsor Coverage team as an Analyst. This role will involve supporting the growth and portfolio management of sponsor clients, preparing pitch books and discussion materials, and coordinating relationships with Financial Sponsor clients across Private Equity, Infra, and Real Estate.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience at a leading institution, preferably in Sponsor Coverage or a related field. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and working closely with senior team members to facilitate thematic dialogue, origination of M&A financing mandates, and strategic financing dialogue with financial sponsors.

About this role:
- Support senior team members in dialogues of financing transactions, including structuring, valuation analysis, and peer analysis.
- Prepare pitch books and discussion materials to facilitate thematic dialogue, origination of M&A financing mandates, and strategic financing dialogue with financial sponsors.
- Coordinate relationships with Financial Sponsor clients across Private Equity, Infra, and Real Estate.
About you:
- 2+ years' experience at a leading institution, preferably in Sponsor Coverage or a related field.
