Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on employment relations, including Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and National Employment Standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations, ensuring clients are informed and compliant.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12-18 months experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of employment relations and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Formal qualifications in HR/IR or Law are highly regarded, but we also value relevant work experience and skills.
