Job Description

As a Risk & Resilience Specialist, you will support our enterprise risk and resilience function, including crisis management, business continuity, security, and emergency management.

You will work across strategic and operational levels to embed frameworks and drive continuous improvement and innovation. You will collaborate with teams to support enterprise risk management initiatives, deliver resilience plans, and facilitate regulatory reporting.

You will also contribute to internal controls and provide insights to senior leadership and board sub-committees.

This is a Brisbane-based permanent role offering a 36.25-hour week.

About You

  • You bring 7+ years' experience in risk and resilience roles, with deep knowledge of ISO31000 and internal control frameworks.
  • You are confident in facilitating risk assessments, managing GRC systems, and delivering improvement initiatives.
  • You have strong communication skills and excellent report writing abilities.
  • You thrive in complex, multi-site environments.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is essential.
