Job Description

As an Enterprise Risk and Resilience Professional, you'll support the enterprise risk and resilience function, including crisis management, business continuity, security, and emergency management. You'll work across strategic and operational levels to embed frameworks and drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of risk management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to support enterprise risk management initiatives.
  • Deliver resilience plans and facilitate regulatory reporting.
  • Contribute to internal controls and provide insights to senior leadership and board sub-committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years' experience in risk and resilience roles.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO31000 and internal control frameworks.
  • Confidence in facilitating risk assessments, managing GRC systems, and delivering improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent report writing skills.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
