Job Overview

This role involves supporting the organization's risk management function, encompassing crisis management, business continuity, security, and emergency management. The Risk & Resilience Specialist will work across various levels to embed frameworks and drive continuous improvement.

  • The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in risk and resilience roles, with a deep understanding of ISO31000, the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act (SoCI), and internal control frameworks.

The role requires strong communication skills, excellent report writing abilities, and the capacity to thrive in complex, multi-site environments. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is essential.

Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies and procedures.

  • Facilitate risk assessments, manage GRC systems, and deliver improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise risk management initiatives and deliver resilience plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are desirable.
