Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategy Leader to join our team. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that drive organisational growth and innovation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior financial leadership roles, with commercial acumen and experience driving growth, diversification, and innovation. They will also possess strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks.

  • Lead financial strategy and planning to support organisational growth and innovation
  • Oversee financial accounting, reporting, treasury, and governance with precision and integrity
  • Drive commercial initiatives, identify new funding models, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
  • Partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver effective budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics
  • Provide insightful, data-driven advice to the Board and Executive Leadership Team
  • Lead the integration of enterprise systems, technology investments, and process automation to future-proof operations
