Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Financial Strategy Director to spearhead the development and execution of our financial strategy.
About the Role:
Create and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with our business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver financial plans, forecasts, and performance metrics
Develop and manage relationships with key partners to support our financial growth
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our initiatives
Align our financial activities with our overall strategic vision, driving business success
Your Background:
A highly experienced finance leader with over 10 years in a senior role
Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing financial strategies for new business establishments and joint ventures
Proven track record in strategic financial planning, with a strong understanding of financial principles
Strong knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management
Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders in large complex organisations
A background in shipbuilding, defence, or heavy industry (or similar)
